Had some software issues with our campervan, the dealership tried blaming it on the tracker, Alex called the dealership personally and discussed how it is almost impossible for the tracker to interfere with the vehicle software, very good service to talk directly to the workshop manager on my behalf, thanks Alex excellent after sales service.

Required a tracker for my car, had worked with a fitter contracted to I need a tracker and he advised me to call into the office to discuss. Spoke to Alex who took the time to understand my issue and explain the various options.
From the initial phone call to Alex and sales team, everything was organised to the minute . My fitter Raul was polite, prompt and didn’t rush me when giving the demonstrations on how to use this system. He was clean in and around my car and looked very professional , wouldn’t even accept a refreshment during the fitting . Strong company brand! Thank you to the team . I have peace of mind now.
