Delivery & Returns

You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period will expire after:

The conclusion of the contract, in the case of services

or

The day on which you acquire possession of the installed goods

If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse to you all payments made by way of the original means of payment, once all goods have been have been returned by you at you’re your cost and received by us.

Any cancellations of an appointment to install your purchased system within 24 hours, will incur a £75 cancellation fee. At which point, you may opt to pay this fee and re-arrange the installation appointment or choose to have your whole order cancelled, in which case we will refund to your original payment method all payments received minus the £75 cancellation fee.
